1. Rugs wider than 7 feet will be folded for shipping; any creases will relax within a few weeks of regular use.

2. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

3. Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

4. All items are shipped from India.

5. Handling time may vary depending on the product.

6. Estimated delivery is 4–7 days after dispatch.


Returns & Exchanges:

1. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for most items.

2. Custom-made rugs are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Buyers cover return shipping costs.

4. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

5. If the item is returned damaged or used, a reduction in refund may apply.


Cancellations Policy:

1. You may cancel your order within 4 hours of purchase.

2. Cancellations made after this window may incur a fee if production has already begun.
